Path Forward Collective is a compassionate shared housing program dedicated to serving seniors, veterans, low-income individuals, those reentering society, and any individual facing housing insecurities. We believe that everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home. Our mission is to provide a structured, community-oriented environment that restores dignity and hope to those who need it most.
We recognize that difficult circumstances do not define a person’s worth, potential, or future. Life presents unexpected obstacles—financial hardship, housing instability, personal loss, economic challenges, and moments when even the hardest-working individuals simply needs support. Those are the times that Path Forward Collective is there to create a pathway toward stability, connect individuals with meaningful resources, and provide the support and opportunity needed to take their next steps forward.

Ongoing support programs designed to foster meaningful connections, build confidence, and empower residents toward independence. Our community-oriented approach ensures residents have access to resources and encouragement needed for personal growth.
What We Accept and What’s Included
What’s Included:
All Utilities including High Speed Wi-Fi, Private or Shared Bedroom, 24-Hour Home Monitoring, Home Essentials, Community Resource Support, Re-entry & Transition Support.
What We Accept:
Private Pay, VA, SSI, SSDI, Third Party Payments.
